The quality management system of  MDF Tramagal is certified according to NP EN ISO 9001:2000 standards since 2007.

In the control of the manufacturing process, MDF Tramagal uses techniques of optical emission spectrometry  for the analysis of the chemical composition of molten metal, to ensure compliance with the most demanding specifications. A mechanical testing laboratory, equipped with machines for tensile tests, resilience and toughness, allows the verification of the mechanical properties of materials. Quality control of the final product is based on a strict dimensional control and the use of techniques for nondestructive testing to ensure the quality of the parts.

The Environment, Health and Safety at work have always been primary concerns at MDF Tramagal, reflected in the creation of an environmental management system. Complying with environmental legislation in force, MDF Tramagal monitors gas emissions through periodic measurements and performs the full management of solid and liquid waste.
